• 1oz Bourbon

• 1oz Lime Juice

• 0.5oz Simple Syrup

• 0.5oz Honey

• 9oz. Head Shaker Honey Lager

• Lemon Twist

Here’s how to craft your own Gold Rush:

Step 1: Combine 1oz Bourbon, 1oz. Lime Juice, 5oz. Simple Syrup and 0.5oz Honey in your 12 oz Old Yale Brewing glass.

Step 2: Top up the glass with approx. 9oz. Head Shaker Honey Lager

Step 3: Garnish with a fresh lemon twist
