Fraser Valley’s favorite festive cocktail event is back! Get ready, because Miracle at Old Yale Brewing in Abbotsford returns in full holiday force this season, kicking off on November 18th, 2024. This year, Miracle at Old Yale Brewing promises to be bigger, brighter, and tastier than ever, transforming Old Yale’s cozy space into a kitschy wonderland of over-the-top holiday decor, vintage ornaments, tinsel galore, and nostalgic vibes.

Miracle’s cocktail lineup is pure Christmas magic With recipes expertly crafted to evoke the warmth and whimsy of the season, each drink will arrive in playfully themed glassware you might be tempted to take home (we don’t blame you!). Here’s a peek at the cocktail list making spirits bright this season:

  • Christmapolitan
    Vodka, elderflower, dry vermouth, spiced cranberry sauce, lime, rosemary, absinthe mist.
    A holiday twist on the cosmopolitan—zesty and refreshing!

  • Snowball Old-Fashioned
    Rye whiskey, gingerbread, aromatic & wormwood bitters, orange essence.
    A warm, cozy version of a classic Old-Fashioned.

  • Stocking Stuffer
    Bourbon, Pedro Ximénez sherry, amaro, cinnamon syrup, iced “hot” chocolate, aromatic bitters, marshmallow (Contains dairy).
    Chocolate lovers, this one’s for you!

  • Christmasaurus
    Pineapple rum, mezcal, velvet falernum, apricot liqueur, lime, coconut milk, toasted cumin, coffee & pineapple syrup, aromatic bitters (Contains nuts).

  • Yippee Ki Yay Mother F****r!
    Barbados rum, rhum agricole, overproof rum, ube-coconut orgeat, acid-adjusted pineapple juice (Contains nuts).

  • Rudolph’s Replacement
    Vodka, coffee liqueur, white creme de cacao, orange curaçao, chai syrup, almond milk, aromatic bitters (Contains nuts).

Although any Old Yale beer would pair great with any Holiday Movie, some beers are just made to be paired with some of our favourite classic movies. Team OYB spent countless hours in the field conducting research to determine these DEFINITIVE Holiday Movie + Beer Pairings.

The Movie: ELF

The beer: Bumbleberry vanilla wheat ale

We all know Buddy the Elf’s favourite food is Spaghetti with Maple Syrup, but did you know his favourite beer is the OYB Bumbleberry Vanilla Wheat Ale?
