There are some moments in life where a celebratory cold one is DEFINITELY in order. And no, we’re not just talking about the moments after you summit a huge mountain, we’re also talking about when you finally get around to cleaning out the garage or doing that massive load of laundry! No matter how small the victory, we’re here to tell you that you deserve a beer!
We asked our team here at Old Yale to tell us about the moments where they’ve felt like they deserved to put their feet up and crack open their favourite brew. Here’s our list of our favourite #OYBBeersDeserved:
If you just reached the top of a mountain, you deserve an Old Yale beer
Classic Old Yale, we know! But you can’t deny that there’s just nothing better than making it to the top of a hike, looking at an amazing view and and cracking open a cold one!
If you’re the friend doing all the organizing for a weekend getaway, you deserve an Old Yale beer (supplied to you by one of your friends)
There’s always that one friend who’s ALWAYS doing the organizing and that friend DEFINITELY deserves a beer for all their efforts.
If you work in healthcare, you’re a hero and you deserve SO many Old Yale beers
Like, so, so, so many beers. Thank you!!!
If you just finished mowing the lawn, you deserve an Old Yale beer
Is there anything better than the smell of freshly cut grass while you sip on your favourite beer??? We think not.
If you just finished up that project you’ve been putting off for SO long, you deserve an Old Yale beer
We’ve all got that one (or five… or ten…) projects we’ve been putting off, so when you finally get around to it, it feels REAL good. You definitely deserve a beer.
If you just hosted a BBQ, you deserve a beer
The cleanup can wait. Put your feet up and enjoy a beer! And then once you actually do all that cleanup (ughhh), go ahead and get yourself another beer, you deserve it!
If you just finished doing a big load of laundry, you deserve a beer
You gotta celebrate the little things, like finally getting that pile of laundry in the wash. BONUS beer if you actually took the load out of the dryer, folded and put it away, all on the same day!
If you just caught a big fish, you deserve a beer
The big catch of the day ALWAYS deserves a beer. Of course for this we recommend our Head Shaker Honey lager.
If you didn’t catch any fish today, you deserve a beer
And if you didn’t catch ANY fish, you also deserve a beer. Basically, fishing and beer go really well together.
If you made a campfire (safely) you deserve a beer
If you built the campfire for everyone to enjoy and relax around then you definitely deserve a beer.
If you just worked a long ass week, you deserve a beer
Fridays always deserve a beer.
If you just finished weed whacking, you deserve a beer
Weed whacking is hard work, beer makes it better! We’ve found our Off Trail Pale Ale pairs especially well with this task.
If you just finished up some renovations on the house, you deserve a beer
If you spent the weekend painting, demo’ing, building, any kind of renovation on the house, you definitely deserve a beer or two!
If you just stocked your fridge with beer, you deserve, well one of those beers!
Someone’s gotta make the beer run, and if that person is you, then you deserve a beer!
IF YOU JUST FINALLY GOT THE KIDS TO BED, YOU DESERVE A BEER.
How many books did you have to read? How many times did they tried to sneak out of their room? Honestly, we can’t keep count. All we know is that you deserve a beer (or two…) right now!
