Hey friends! Here’s what you can expect at Old Yale Brewing, starting tomorrow, Monday, September 13…

As we have since the beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic, Old Yale Brewing will continue to do our part to keep our community healthy and safe by following all Public Health Orders and Regulations.

Starting September 13, we will be requiring proof of vaccination from all customers and staff before entering our Tasting Room, Patio or Brewery. If you are not able to provide proof of vaccination, you will be politely asked to leave. Masks will also continue to be mandatory at all times by our Team and Customers when not seated at their tables.

We have received a few private messages from people stating their intention to stop supporting our business if we follow the Public Health Order. Although this is undoubtedly a disappointing outcome, we are not here to cast judgement on anyone. However, we do want to state unequivocally that we feel an unwavering conviction to do everything we can to protect our staff and their families, as well as our customers and our community. We will be enthusiastically doing our part to help bring an end to what has been a very difficult 19 months for all of us!

With that in mind, we felt it imperative that we communicate ahead of time that we have a ZERO Tolerance Policy at Old Yale for refusal to produce proof of vaccination or for any verbal or physical abuse of our valued Team Members. This Policy will also be implemented on social media. Our Team will not be responding or engaging with any comments or messages that are deemed abusive in nature.

We ask that all members of our community be mindful to not come to Old Yale Brewing if you are experiencing any cold, flu or COVID-19 symptoms and to please be respectful of our Team who are committed to the above guidelines.

Thank you for taking the time to read through this and for supporting the health and well-being of our shared community along with us. Let’s all remember to Be Kind, Be Calm and Be Safe.

Now, let’s go have a beer (or two!), friends!
