We got together with our literal neighbours (we’re in the same parking lot); Anita’s Organic Mill to play with some pretty unique grains in this Belgian Saison…
ABV: 5.5%
Hops: Hersbrucker, Cascade
Malt: Raw Einkorn, Raw Spelt, Raw Rye
This collaboration brew features Raw Einkorn, Spelt and Rye providing a depth of nutty, spicy and graininess which effortlessly builds upon the flavour profile of the Belgian Saison yeast. A delicate addition of Grains of Paradise offer a subtle Black Pepper, Citrus-like note all culminating in a dry, but refreshing Saison.
