Given the new restrictions on restaurants and bars AND that April is Earth Month, we threw a challenge out to Team OYB this week that combined those two things and man oh man did they deliver…
There are SO many beautiful trails, parks, rivers and outdoor spaces in the Fraser Valley and keeping them clean is a challenge, especially right now SO we asked our Team to head out with their households/bubbles to give them a little tender love and care… meaning go and collect some waste (don’t worry, we provided them all the necessary PPE to get the job done!).
In exchange for taking care of our favourite trails, we rewarded our Team with the best reward of all, DELICIOUS takeout from some of our awesome restaurant and bar partners in the Fraser Valley because as we know, supporting local is SO important (always), but now more than ever!
Check out our social media stories for photos of Team OYB and their takeout choices today! And check out the list of trails we cleaned and restaurants we rewarded our Team with:
